Shipping policy

Please allow 5 working days for us to produce your item, some pieces may not be held in stock and therefore we will be making this to order. We endeavour to ship items out to our UK customers within 7 days by Royal Mail recorded post, Evri or Dpd and you will be provided with tracking information. For overseas shipping please refer to Royal mail shipping times for your country. We will notify you when this is dispatched. All our items will be sent out in either an Arran Bay branded velvet and satin pouch or a grey branded pillow box, if you are purchasing earrings then they will be shipped with a branded pillow box for gifting.
